Booking Policy
- 🪪Valid Government ID is mandatory for all adult guests.
- 🏡Entire villa is reserved exclusively for one booking.
- 👥Guest count should match the confirmed booking.
- ➕Additional guests will be charged as per the applicable tariff.
- 🚫Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
- 💳Balance payment must be completed before or at the time of check-in.
- 🕑Standard check-in: 2:00 PM.
- 🕚Standard check-out: 11:00 AM.
- ⏰Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior approval and availability. If availed for more than 30 minutes and up to 3 hours beyond standard timings, an additional charge of ₹5,000 per booking is applicable.
House Rules
- 🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms.
- 🍻Please consume alcohol responsibly.
- 🔊Loud music is permitted only within timings allowed under applicable local regulations.
- 🏊Swimming pool usage is entirely at guests' own risk. Children must always be supervised by adults.
- 🪑Any damage to furniture, appliances, linen or other property will be chargeable.
- 🧹Kindly help us maintain the cleanliness and peaceful environment of the property.
- 🚫Illegal activities or behaviour causing disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation & Date Change
- • Booking advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- • Booking date changes may be considered subject to management approval and availability. If approved, an administrative charge of ₹5,000 per booking is applicable.
- • No refund is applicable for any reduction in the number of guests after the booking has been confirmed.
Standard check-in 2:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to approval and availability; beyond 30 minutes and up to 3 hours an additional ₹5,000 per booking applies.
